Single bottle wine shipping box, VinologixBOX1

Ship 1 bottle safely with the VinologixBOX1, a patented wine shipping box with integrated inner liner. Designed for B2B wine and beverage packaging for wine shops, producers and hospitality businesses.

Suitable for: almost all 0.75 and 1 litre bottles up to 36 cm high and 8.5 cm in diameter, including bottles in a thin gift box.

The bottle is enclosed in an integrated inner liner, kept separate from the outer box on all sides for optimal protection. The outer box and inner liner are attached, so you receive 1 complete item per bottle.

Folding instructions

You assemble this packaging by rolling up the cardboard.

Lay the packaging flat with the printing facing down. Bend the side edges of the flaps that form the double bottom and double top downwards so that these side edges do not get in the way. Start rolling on the side with the protrusions. Insert the protrusions into the recesses so that the first 4 panels form an inner structure with protrusions facing outwards. Continue rolling so that the remaining 4 panels form a second wall that is held at a distance by the protrusions and forms the outer layer.

Fold the shaded section in half so that the two shaded parts meet. The part marked "Use this lid to close" now protrudes outwards. You close the box by inserting this protrusion into the slot.

Finally, create a double bottom by folding the flap, bending the two side edges towards the bottom of the box. Next, seal the bottom with tape, place the bottle in the box, close the flap (bending the two side edges towards the top of the box), and seal the top with tape.
