36-bottle beer shipping box, BeerBOX36

Ship 36 beer bottles or cans safely with the BeerBOX36, a sturdy beverage shipping box made from double corrugated cardboard. Buffered compartments on all sides provide excellent protection, even when dropped on its side.

Suitable for: bottles up to 70 mm in diameter and 23 cm high, including Duvel-sized bottles. Most beer bottles up to 35 cl fit this format. Also fits 72 Heineken-format cans (65 mm diameter, stacked 2 per compartment).

Items needed per box:

- 1x outer box BEER36
- 14x Beer Insert 70MM inserts

1. Fold the BEERBOX36 outer box together

2. Separate the 14 Beer Insert 70MM inserts. These are supplied in sets of two.

3. Slide 4 inserts together to form a square that stands upright
4. Fill the rest of the square with another 5 inserts
5. Place the box over the grid so that the inserts are inside the box
6. Turn the box over and insert the last 5 inserts.

7. Seal the box with strong tape.
