6-bottle wine shipping box, VinologixBOX6

Ship 6 bottles safely with the VinologixBOX6, a patented wine shipping box made from double corrugated cardboard. Designed for B2B wine and beverage packaging for wine shops, producers and hospitality businesses.

Suitable for: almost all 0.75 and 1 litre bottles up to 36 cm high and 9 cm in diameter, including bottles in a thin gift box. With the Small Bottle Divider (see Other products) this box fits twice the number of small bottles.

Contents per bundle (10 pieces):

  • 10 × VinologixBOX6 outer box
  • 20 × insert (Basic or Premium, your choice, 2 per box)

Basic insert: Quick to fold, good protection. Open compartments, also suitable for tubes or thin gift packaging.

Premium insert: Extra sturdy for additional security. Bottles rest on a double bottom and are secured at the neck. Recommended for fragile or high-value bottles.

Folding instructions

Fold the inserts (2 pieces per box) as shown in the video. This creates 3 compartments, the middle one of which is partially closed by tabs.

Close the bottom of the box by first closing a wide flap, then the two narrow ones, and finally the second wide flap, and securing them with tape. Insert the inserts into the box with the printing facing upwards and always in the same direction, ensuring that the side with the tabs never touches another side with tabs. Place your bottles in the compartments and close the top of the box with tape.
