Very sturdy packaging with a buffer all around for 18 beer bottles or 36 cans.

Outer box and inner lining made of double-walled corrugated cardboard. Thanks to the buffer, this packaging also offers excellent protection in the event of a fall on its side.

Contents required per package:

a. The BEERBOX18 outer box. Supplied in bundles of 15 pieces, so 2 bundles per order unit
b. BeerInsert70MM divider: 8 pieces per box, so 240 pieces per order unit.

The dividers are supplied in pairs attached to each other; they are easy to break apart.

Folding instructions

Seal the bottom of the outer box with strong tape. You need 8 pieces of the 70MM Beer Insert. Break 4 of these 70MM Beer Inserts in half along the perforation, see photo. Assemble the interior:

Step 1: Take 2 unbroken partitions and place 7 broken partitions inside them, see photo
Step 2: Place the box over it and turn the whole thing upside down, see photo
Step 3: Place the two remaining unbroken partitions in the slots and place the remaining broken partition along the side where there is no buffer, see photo
