Productvarianten

Fles-verzendverpakking van zeer sterk dubbel golfkarton, geschikt voor 12 flessen. Vanwege de overstekende kleppen ontstaat een zeer stevige top en bodem.

Deze doos is te combineren met zowel het Basic als Premium binnenwerk.

Per doos :

- 1 keer Vinologix BOX12 buitendoos

- 4 keer binnenwerk Basic of Premium

Geschikt voor bijna alle 0,75 en 1 liter flessen (tot 36,0 cm hoog en tot 9,0 cm dik), zelfs indien u uw flessen eerst verpakt in uw eigen dunne geschenkdoos.

Met behulp van de Small Bottle Divider (zie Overige artikelen) kun je deze doos ook geschikt maken voor maximaal 24 kleine flesjes.

Binnenwerk keuze:

Insert Basic: Snel vouwen, goede bescherming. Open vakken dus ook geschikt voor kokers of dunne geschenkverpakkingen. Voor de verzekering geldt een drempelbedrag van EUR 30,-

Insert Premium: Extra stevig binnenwerk voor nog meer zekerheid. De flessen staan op een dubbele bodem en worden vastgezet bij de hals. Dit binnenwerk vergt om deze reden iets meer tijd om te vouwen, het wordt vooral gebruikt voor dure flessen of pakketten die naar het buitenland gaan. Bij gebruik van de Premium vervalt het drempelbedrag voor de verzekering.

Het vouwen van de binnenwerken vereist enige toelichting. Wij raden u aan even onderstaande Youtube filmpjes te bekijken. Hierna is het erg makkelijk!

Folding instruction

Outer box
Numbers are printed on the bottom of the box. Fold the flaps at the bottom in the indicated order (1, 2, 3, 4), folding the short flaps (2 and 3) first. This will create an extra buffer. Seal the shipping box from the bottom with tape.

Place the inserts in the box, making sure they are all facing the same direction. See below for an explanation on how to fold the inserts. Place your bottles in the compartments and seal the top of the box with tape.
If you are using Premium inserts, first fold the neck protectors so that the bottles are firmly secured in the compartments.
