For our clients from NL and Belgium, we have a special extra service next to our boxes. Through Vinologix (in Belgium we operate under the name SendingWines) you can purchase special shipping boxes and ship them at a very competitive rate with DPD. Outside the EU, we work with UPS in most countries. Next to that, you can track and ship all your boxes with our own software Vinologix Flow

You order Vinologix boxes via the webshop. Ordered before 13:00, delivered the next day.
Request a pickup.
You indicate via the FLOW app that a driver should come by. You can also drop off your package at a DPD Parcel Shop. For regular shipments, you can also arrange a fixed pickup.
Preparing the package
You pack the bottles in the Vinologix box. You easily print the package label using VLX flow. The driver comes to pick up the package and leaves the signed shipping list with you.
Track your package.
Your package will be delivered the next day within the Netherlands. You can track all your packages in a single overview; the statuses appear live in VLX flow. The recipient receives an email with the delivery day and a message in the morning with the 1-hour delivery time slot.
