Very sturdy packaging with a buffer all around for 6 bottles of up to 6 x 6 cm and 23 cm high. There is some clearance, allowing for combinations with a few slightly wider bottles or cans. This packaging is also suitable for 6 or 12 Heineken-sized beer cans (diameter 65 mm). Outer box and inner lining made of double-walled corrugated cardboard. Thanks to the buffer, this packaging also offers excellent protection in the event of a fall on its side.

You need per set:

a. The BeerBOX6 outer box. Supplied in bundles of 15 pieces, so 2 bundles per order unit

b. BeerInsert Part C divider as a length divider: 3 pieces, so 90 pieces per order unit

c. BeerInsert Part D divider as a width divider: 4 pieces, so 120 pieces per order unit

The dividers are supplied in sets of 12 attached together; they are easy to break apart.

Folding instructions

For each package, you need 3 BeerInsert Part C and 4 BeerInsert Part D pieces; see photo. Seal the bottom of the outer box with strong tape.

Assemble the dividers:

Step 1: Take 2 length dividers Part C and place the 4 width dividers Part D inside them; see photo.
Step 2: Turn the dividers upside down and insert the 3rd length divider Part C into the slots; see photo.
Step 3: Place the outer box over it and turn the whole assembly upside down; see photo.

If you want to ship 6 or 12 cans, omit step 2 and use this length divider to reinforce the sides; see the last 2 photos.
