Very sturdy packaging with buffer all around for 18 beer bottles or 36 cans.

The outer box and interior are made of double-walled cardboard. Thanks to the buffer, this packaging also offers excellent protection if dropped on its side.

Contents required per package:

a. The BEERBOX18 outer box. Comes in bundles of 15, so 2 bundles per order.
b. BeerInsert70MM partition: 8 pieces per box, so 240 pieces per order unit.

The partitions are supplied in pairs, connected together, and are easy to break apart.

Seal the bottom of the outer box with sturdy tape. You will need eight 70mm Beer Inserts. Break four of these in half along the perforation, as shown in the photo. Assemble the interior:

Step 1: Take 2 unbroken bulkheads and place 7 broken bulkheads in them, see photo
Step 2: Place the box on top and turn the whole thing upside down, see photo
Step 3: Place the two remaining unbroken bulkheads in the slots and place the remaining broken bulkhead along the side where there is no buffer, see photo
