You'll need 5 BeerInsert Part A baffles and 7 BeerInsert Part B baffles (see photo). Seal the bottom of the outer box with sturdy tape. Assemble the compartments:

Step 1: Take 2 lengthwise partitions Part A and place the 7 widthwise partitions Part B in them, see photo
Step 2: Turn the compartment divider upside down and place the remaining 3 Part A lengthwise partitions in the slots, see photo
Step 3: Place the box on top and turn the whole thing upside down, see photo

If you want to use the packaging for Heineken-sized beer cans, omit two lengthwise and three widthwise dividers, creating six 12.5 by 12.5 cm compartments. Use the remaining dividers to reinforce the sides, as shown in the photos.

You can also combine 12 bottles with 12, 18, or 24 beer cans. You omit the second and fourth lengthwise dividers (leaving the middle divider in place) and also two adjacent widthwise dividers. Place these widthwise dividers in place of the two lengthwise dividers. This creates 12 compartments for bottles and two large compartments (see the last two photos). Place the dividers in the outer box and place the cans in the large compartments, bending the protruding parts of the widthwise dividers along the middle divider (see the last photo). Use the two remaining lengthwise dividers to reinforce the walls next to the large compartments.
