Shipping rates
With Vinologix, you have one low shipping rate for all your packages up to 20 kg.
This favorable rate applies in combination with the use of DPD-approved Vinologix packaging and our shipping software. Within the EU, we work particularly closely with parcel service DPD due to their high level of service combined with low rates. The shipping rate includes:
* Pick-up by DPD (self-delivery to a parcel shop is also possible);
* Next Day Delivery within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Monday to Saturday;
* Track & trace;
* Predict: your customer receives a message with a 1-hour delivery time window;
* Signature upon receipt;
* Insurance up to EUR 520 per package.
* Excluded are:
* Surcharge for packages between 20-31.5 kg EUR 1.65;
* 18+ age verification at EUR 1.59 per package (mandatory for shipping alcohol as of July 1, 2021);
* The Vinologix packaging (rates can be found under ‘Packaging Rates’);
* VLX flow shipping software (various subscriptions available).

Naturally, many other shipping options are available in addition to this: Guarantee & express services, Island delivery, Returns via a parcel shop, Pick-up at a third location, Higher insurance, etc. In consultation with Vinologix, you can also ship other products in your own, pre-approved packaging. This costs an additional 1 euro per package.
Shipping abroad worldwide to 61 countries
You can also ship abroad via Vinologix. With a few exceptions, within the EU via DPD, and outside the EU via DHL Express. Above you will find the rate list for within the EU; below you can download the manual and rates for countries outside the EU.
