How do I order on the new site?
Ordering as an existing client is simple! Just click on 'pay by invoice' if you already have an account with us and we'll do the rest.
Do I always have to pay directly?
New clients can pay directly with WERO / Ideal. If you are an existing customer, please select 'pay by invoice' we will send you the invoice and process the payment like you're used to. Contact us if you're a new customer that would like to use our shipping services to and we will create an account for you.
Where can I find my orders?
In your account is a tab with all your previous orders on the new website.
Who is Vinologix for?
We have multiple options for webshop owners and businesses that sell and ship bottles, such as wine makers. It's a one-stop shop: whether you only want to order the packaging or also ship your parcels with us, you can manage everything from one place. We have contracts with transporters in NL, Belgium, France, Spain and Italy.
How do the shipping services work?
In four steps: order boxes, request a pick-up (or drop off at a DPD parcelshop), pack your bottles, and track your shipments online. Domestic shipments in the Netherlands are delivered next day.
What carriers do you use?
DPD for shipments within the EU. UPS for most countries outside the EU. Additional services are available through PostNL, Budbee, DHL Express, Trunkrs, and YesHugo.
What does it cost to ship?
The standard rate is €4.95 per parcel (ex VAT) using a Vinologix box. This includes pick-up, next-day delivery in NL, track & trace, delivery notification, signature on delivery, and insurance up to €520. Sending in your own packaging costs €5.95 ex VAT.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes, to 61 countries worldwide. DPD handles most EU destinations, UPS covers the rest.
Do I need to commit to a minimum volume?
No. Registration is free and there are no minimum shipment requirements per year.
What packaging do you offer?
Vinologix sells their own protective boxes designed specifically for bottles. These are required to qualify for the included insurance.
What is VLX Flow?
VLX Flow is Vinologix's shipping software portal. It lets you manage labels, track all your shipments in one overview, and integrates with your webshop.

Is there customer support?
Yes, we have a hands-on customer service team and actively monitor shipments, alerting you if problems arise.
Returns
Because our products are packaging materials, we do not accept returns. Opened or used packaging cannot be resold.
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@vinologix.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will find a suitable solution.
