24-bottle beer shipping box, BeerBOX24

Ship 24 beer bottles or cans safely with the BeerBOX24, a sturdy beverage shipping box with a double corrugated cardboard inner structure and single corrugated outer box. Buffered compartments on all sides provide excellent protection, even when dropped on its side.

Suitable for: bottles up to 6 x 6 cm and 23 cm high. Also fits 48 Heineken-format cans (65 mm diameter, stacked 2 per compartment). Mix of bottles and cans is possible.

Contents per bundle (50 pieces):

  • 50 × BeerBOX24 outer box
  • 250 × BeerInsert Part A (length divider, 5 per box)
  • 350 × BeerInsert Part B (width divider, 7 per box)

Dividers supplied in strips of 10, easily separated by hand. Note: due to factory packaging, you may receive slightly more dividers than outer boxes.

Folding instructions: see the photos and video on this page.

Details

Suitable for: 24 beer bottles or 48 beer cans (diameter 65mm). There is some clearance, allowing for a combination with a few slightly wider bottles.

Order unit: 30 pieces

Folding instructions

You need 5 BeerInsert Part A dividers and 7 BeerInsert Part B dividers (see photo). Seal the bottom of the outer box with strong tape. Assemble the divider:

Step 1: Take 2 length dividers Part A and place the 7 width dividers Part B inside them, see photo
Step 2: Turn the divider upside down and place the remaining 3 length dividers Part A in the slots, see photo
Step 3: Place the box over it and turn the whole thing upside down, see photo

If you want to use the packaging for Heineken-sized beer cans, omit 2 length dividers and 3 width dividers, creating 6 compartments of 12.5 by 12.5 cm. Use the remaining dividers to reinforce the sides, see the photos.

You can also combine 12 bottles with 12, 18, or 24 beer cans. You omit the 2nd and 4th longitudinal dividers (the middle divider remains in place) and, additionally, 2 adjacent transverse dividers. You place these transverse dividers in the position of the 2 longitudinal dividers. There are then 12 compartments for bottles and 2 large compartments; see the last 2 photos. You place the dividers in the outer box and put the cans in the large compartments, bending the protruding parts of the transverse dividers along the middle divider; see the last photo. You use the 2 remaining longitudinal dividers to reinforce the walls next to the large compartments.
