Magnum bottle shipping box with Insert XL

Sturdy shipping packaging for magnum bottles or bottles in decorative packaging that do not fit in our standard bottle shipping boxes. Double corrugated cardboard with a special Insert XL that provides a double bottom, top and sides for optimal protection.

Folding instructions

Place the Insert XL down with the unprinted side facing up. Bend the protruding flap upwards and the side edges outwards. Do the same with the other flap and bend the parts 90 degrees so that the protrusions always point outwards. Place the insert in the outer box and place the bottle inside. Bend the flap printed “Fold this lid inside to close” inwards so that this flap is vertical, and close the lid, causing the two protrusions to stick out upwards through the slots.
