Product variants

Bottle shipping packaging made of very strong double-walled corrugated cardboard, suitable for 18 bottles. Packaged in bundles of 10. The overlapping flaps create a very sturdy top and bottom.

You'll receive this package as a bundle of 18 Vinologixbox boxes and 60 Vinologixbox inserts. You can choose between Basic and Premium inserts.

This packaging is suitable for almost all 0.75 and 1 liter bottles (up to 36.0 cm high and up to 9.0 cm thick), even if you first pack your bottles in your own thin gift box.

With the help of the Small Bottle Divider (see Other articles) you can also make this box suitable for up to 36 small bottles.

Interior selection:

Insert Basic: Quick folding, good protection. Open pockets, so also suitable for tubes or thin gift packaging. A threshold of €30 applies for insurance.

Premium Insert: Extra sturdy interior for even greater security. The bottles rest on a double base and are secured at the neck. This insert therefore takes a little longer to fold and is primarily used for expensive bottles or packages going abroad. Using the Premium Insert eliminates the insurance threshold.

Folding the interior requires some explanation. We recommend watching the YouTube videos below. After that, it's very easy!

Outer box
The bottom of the box has numbers. Fold the bottom flaps closed in the order shown (1, 2, 3, 4), folding the short flaps (2 and 3) in half first. These create an extra cushion. Close the bottom of the shipping box with tape.

Place the inserts in the box, making sure they're always oriented the same way. See below for instructions on folding the inserts. Place your bottles in the compartments and seal the top of the box with tape.
If you are using Premium inserts, first fold the neck protectors closed so that the bottles are securely in the compartments.
